Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Referral Program! We value your support and want to reward you for spreading the word. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the guidelines of our referral program:

1. Eligibility to Participate

• Our referral program is open to all individuals. Whether you are a current customer or a new user, you are welcome to participate and start referring others.
• There are no specific prerequisites to join. Anyone with a valid account can refer new customers.

2. Referral Reward

• As a referrer, you will receive 10% of the total amount when the person you referred successfully purchases any of our eligible packs.
• The referral reward is based on the actual purchase made by the referred individual. If they complete a purchase, the 10% reward will be credited to your account.

3. Credit Calculation for Fractional Purchases

• In cases where a purchase involves fractional amounts, specifically where the 10% reward would result in a fractional value such as 0.5, the system will round up and credit you with the full 0.5%.
• For example, if the 10% of a transaction comes out to 0.5 credits, you will receive a full credit for that amount.
• This rule ensures that you are fully compensated even for fractional transactions, maximizing your referral reward.

4. No Reward for Non-Purchasers

• It is important to note that if a referred individual does not make a purchase, no referral credit will be granted.
• Simply referring someone without a completed purchase will not qualify for any credits or rewards.

5. Tracking and Distribution of Referral Credits

• Referral credits will be tracked automatically through our referral system. Once the referred individual completes their purchase, your account will be credited with the referral amount.
• You can view your earned credits within your profile.

6. Misuse and Disqualification

• We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, fake accounts, or attempts to exploit the referral system.
• Any referral made in bad faith or in violation of our terms and conditions may lead to the revocation of earned credits and disqualification from the program.

7. Program Modifications

• We may, at our discretion, update, modify, or terminate this referral program at any time. In the event of such changes, participants will be notified through appropriate channels.
• Any changes will not affect the rewards already earned but may apply to future referrals.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any losses or issues resulting from technical failures, referral miscalculations, or other issues beyond our contro.
• It is the referrer’s responsibility to ensure that their referral links are used correctly by the referred individual.

9. Final Notes

• Participation in this referral program implies agreement with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to any of the above rules may result in disqualification from the program.
